Usain Bolt is the fastest person in the history of mankind. That is absolutely incredible. Everyone knows that he ran the 100m in a World Record time of 9.69 seconds at the Beijing Olympics.

Well today I watched him SHATTER that record at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin. It was the race of the year as Bolt ran next to American star Tyson Gay and fellow Jamaican Asafa Powell. The 3 fastest men ever ran side by side, yet it was no contest. Usain Bolt dominated and ran a 9.58. That’s a 9.58, as in it took him 9.58 seconds to run 100m. Crazy fast. (Tyson Gay got 2nd and ran a 9.71 I think to set a new American record; Powell took 3rd.)
